After the wedding, we went up to Memphis to meet see more family. We got to visit with the TN Michauds, plus meet the newest addition to the Carlisle clan...Tate!

Little Miss Ensley had a blast playing with her cousins.

June was a very busy month for traveling. Right after school was out, the girls and I headed down to MS to see cousin Jordan get married.

Today we attended our first Cincinnati Reds game of the season (vs the Houston Astros).  We had perfect weather:  70 degrees and sunny.  We scored some premium seats...first row near first base.  We could almost touch Sydney's favorite player, Joey Votto.  In fact, we were so close, we got to see a fan a few seats away get beaned in the face with an errant throw.  Lot's of blood - Cincinnati Reds color, of course.  Unfortunately, the Reds lost their first game of the season (they were 5-0 prior to the game).

More pics from the game...Scott Rolen tied the game in the seventh with a pinch-hit home run.

Here are some random images from our evening at the Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus. It was a fun evening for everyone. John was MORE than happy to miss the Final Four basketball games(!) to spend some quality time with the family, and to try to overcome his life-long clown phobia.

More pics from the Circus...no, that is NOT John in the first photo.

Here of some pics of what John and Mike will be doing after they are done with their flying gigs. I'll let you guess which one is Mike and which one is John (hint: the cuter one is Mike).

Sydney's school recently had an 80's Theme Dance that was sponsored by the PTA. I think the parents had as much fun as the students (maybe more?) rocking out to music. There were lots of cool costumes: preppies, rockers, Madonna wannabees, flashdancers...but only one Mr. T and Mrs. Top Gun!
